Cili99 is more than an online gaming platform. We are a community, an experience, and a long-term commitment to every Malaysian player who has trusted us from day one.
Every successful platform has a meaningful origin story. And for cili99, that story began with a simple observation: Malaysian players deserve better.
When the local online gaming market was still filled with slow platforms, confusing interfaces, and unfriendly payment processes, the founders of cili99 saw an opportunity to do something different. Not just offer more games, but deliver a better experience from start to finish.
From a straightforward registration process and deposits credited in seconds, to customer support that truly understands Malaysian players — every aspect of cili99 is built with one goal: to make your experience as good as it can be.
Today, cili99 has grown into one of Malaysia's most active online gaming platforms, with hundreds of thousands of registered members. But even as the numbers keep growing, our core philosophy has never changed: players come first.
The Beginning
Ideas & Market Research
The cili99 founding team conducted in-depth research into the needs and frustrations of Malaysian players with existing gaming platforms. The findings were clear — there was a significant gap that needed to be filled.
Building
Platform Development & Provider Integration
The cili99 technical infrastructure was built from the ground up with speed, security, and reliability as top priorities. Negotiations with internationally certified game providers were initiated.
Launch
Cili99 Officially Launched to the Public
Cili99 opened its doors to Malaysian players. The response exceeded expectations — thousands of members registered in the very first week alone, proving the genuine need in the market.
Growth
Rapid Growth & Strong Community
Driven by ongoing feedback from the player community, cili99 continuously improves its platform, expands its game library, and strengthens its support systems to ensure every player gets the best service.
Today
The Platform of Choice for Hundreds of Thousands of Malaysian Players
Cili99 is now recognized as one of the most trusted online gaming platforms in Malaysia, with hundreds of thousands of active members and a consistent track record of timely payouts and high-quality service.
Six core features that define the cili99 identity and set it apart from other platforms in the Malaysian market.
Uncompromising Security
Cili99 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all user data and financial transactions. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for all accounts, and our security team monitors platform activity 24 hours a day. Your information is never shared or sold to third parties.
Truly Fast Payments
Deposits are credited within seconds via FPX, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and a range of other Malaysian payment methods. Withdrawals for verified accounts are processed same-day. No hidden fees, no unnecessary waiting.
Extensive Game Collection
From Live Casino tables with real human dealers, multi-themed slots, sports betting across 30+ categories, interactive bingo, to esports — cili99 offers over 200 game options from internationally certified providers like Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and many more.
User-Friendly Interface
The cili99 platform is built on a "simplicity first" principle. From registration completed in 3 minutes, intuitive navigation, to responsive game display across all screen sizes — you don't need to be tech-savvy to enjoy every feature this platform has to offer.
Malaysian-Language Customer Support
The cili99 support team is made up of individuals who understand local culture and user needs. We're reachable via live chat around the clock and typically respond in under 30 minutes. No need to communicate in another language — we're here for you.
A Fair & Transparent Rewards Program
The cili99 loyalty program is designed so that every player — not just VIP players — can enjoy its benefits. Every wager accumulates reward points, and bonus terms are written clearly with no frustrating "fine print". What you see is what you get.
At cili99, we believe a great gaming platform isn't just about a large game selection or big bonuses. It's about building long-term relationships with every player, grounded in trust, transparency, and consistent commitment.
Our mission is straightforward: make online gaming in Malaysia safer, more enjoyable, and more meaningful. We want every player who leaves our platform today to come back tomorrow — not because they have to, but because they want to.
To achieve this, we hold to four core values that guide every decision we make:
Every odds, every bonus term, every policy — all written clearly and accessible. We don't hide important information in fine print. If there's something you need to know, we make sure you know it.
Protecting players' data and funds is cili99's number one priority. We invest continuously in security infrastructure because we understand how vital player trust is to us.
Cili99 today is better than cili99 yesterday, and tomorrow will be better still. We actively seek and listen to player feedback, and that shapes every platform update we make.
We take responsible gaming seriously. Tools for setting betting limits, play break options, and support resources for players who need help — all available and easily accessible from within your account.
This platform is powered by a passionate, experienced team fully dedicated to the satisfaction of every one of our players.
